Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing marketing projects (both agency and client-side)
  • Follow up on and coordinate various projects
  • Write creative and production briefs
  • Coordinate the creation and translation of content
  • Conduct quality control checks
  • Carry out administrative tasks (quotes, reports)
  • Contribute creative ideas

What we’re looking for

  • Proactive mindset and solution-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Interest in traditional media, digital platforms, and social media
  • Experience with Google tools (Analytics, Ads)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • A good sense of humor!

Education and skills required

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, project management, marketing, or another relevant field
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-driven
