Responsibilities

Assist in managing marketing projects (both agency and client-side)

Follow up on and coordinate various projects

Write creative and production briefs

Coordinate the creation and translation of content

Conduct quality control checks

Carry out administrative tasks (quotes, reports)

Contribute creative ideas
What we’re looking for

Proactive mindset and solution-oriented

Excellent communication skills in French and English (spoken and written)

Ability to manage multiple projects at once

Interest in traditional media, digital platforms, and social media

Experience with Google tools (Analytics, Ads)

Strong organizational skills

A good sense of humor!
Education and skills required

Bachelor's degree in business, communications, project management, marketing, or another relevant field
